trying to buy some online, been told about generic ones being different to the original tamiflu, i would like to go to gp but he wont give any out if you dont have the flu symptoms, at least thats what im guessing,
any ideas people,?
what is good to buy online, also need some for toddlers, is that the liquid form? or can they have smaller dose of the pill form

In 1918 H1N1 Strain of Influenza that got the nickname “Spanish Flu” because it was traced back to a pig farm in Spain, killed 50 million people, what is the difference between that Strain of Influenza and the current pandemic we are facing now?

I have a blocked slightly nose and a slight cough, i have never been to mexico, i live in england were there have been no cases of swine flu. there have been two in scotland. should i worry and as the title says how would i tell the difference?

I’ve read the symptoms, and it just sounds like another case of the flu or cold. So why are people freaking out about it? I mean we don’t even have cures for those, and it’s been going on for millenia, it just cures with time, how is that different from the swine flu?

Like what are the different symptoms of both or are they the same and the other flu has just died out because of this swine flu. I’m not overly worried about it as it isn’t spreading very quickly and no one in the UK has died of it yet but I’m just interested as I haven’t heard any news about what to look out for and theres been so much press about it.

are you taking any extra precautions to avoid Swine Flu?

I was just diagnosed by my doctor today to have the regular flu virus after going through a big swine flu scare. I have researched swine flu a lot and have every symptom associated with it. Is the only difference in terms of actual illness how much more contageous swine flu is? Is swine flu actually worse to get than the regular flu or is it just overhyped? I read a newspaper artical today that said swine flu isnt actually as life threataning as the regular flu (not that I’m dying).

I have the common seasonal allergies like allergic to pollen and all that but i started coughing and i don’t know if that’s normal. How can i tell the difference between a swine flu and an allergy?

i normally don’t get seasonal allergies, but it’s hard to say considering the pollin count is so high this season. but suddenly i have a runny nose, sore throat, body aches, and weird breathing. i’m also really sleepy. i don’t know if this is allergies or swine flu. im really worried because this past weekend i was in queens, and that’s where a break out of swine flu was. i need answers quick!!!!!!!!

With swine flu going around, how can you tell what is swine flu and what is just flu? My dad hasn’t been to docs in 4 years and now complains of sore chest and numb lips? he was with someone yesterday who had felt dizzy. I’ve been staying with my dad the past week now but he’s had this for the past few weeks. Should I be panicking or not?….thanks.
